To get the most from your radio management system, you and your staff need to know how to use the equipment effectively. Whatever radio solution you decide to install, we include comprehensive on-site training.

OUR TRAINING


Our training process covers the following:

Training of all staff including management, security teams and front-of-house staff

Training of staff on day-to-day usage of the radio network

What to do in the case of an emergency alarm activation

Upkeep and basic maintenance advice

We also offer regular ‘top-up’ sessions and updates to ensure that your staff are up to date with changes and improvements within the field. With us, you’re never left behind with innovations.

When the on-site training is complete, our Account Managers will be on-hand for any questions that you might have.
